This 6-week class prepares couples for a Home Birth OR Birth Center Birth and includes everything you need to know about birth, baby, and breastfeeding. We will cover relaxations, comfort measures techniques, building your birth team, stages of labor, tools for dads, and so much more.
If you desire an unmedicated birth, are first-time parents, or are preparing for a VBAC, this class will prepare you on all levels – physically, mentally, and emotionally. A full-color workbook and additional online breastfeeding class are included.
