Tara joined our KBC team in November 2024. She has a degree in Business Administration along with over 25 years of experience in administration, management, team building, and development. Some of her work experiences include working as a Best Practices Analyst, Data Analyst, Office Manager for her Dad’s counseling business, Worship Leader at a church, and right before coming to KBC she was the Worship Coordinator at a 4000+ member church. Her different work experiences have given her a wealth of expertise regarding business and people. She has a deep passion for God and a genuine love for people and is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where families and staff can thrive.
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, she relocated to Katy, Texas, in August 2020 with her husband Jeff, who she’s been happily married to since March 2000. Together they have 4 children: Austin born in 2001, Carson born in 2002, Alexia born in 2005 and Elysse born in 2010 and a sweet puppy named Cooper.
When she’s not at the Birth Center, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, traveling, soaking up nature, singing, playing the piano, and watching the KC Chiefs win football games! Helping people has always been at the heart of what she does and she is honored to get to support families at KBC during one of the most incredible times in their lives.
